We don't publish a flat rate, because cost depends on scope, the seniority required and the contract model. What we can tell you up front: our pricing is competitive, and every proposal comes with a closed price and no hidden costs. Onboarding, code review, security audits and documentation are included in the base project, not billed separately. It is all defined in the proposal and scoping phase, before you sign anything.

We work with government, chambers of commerce, financial services, law firms, aviation, and services and retail companies. Our JSP7 ERP runs in production today for Colombian government and corporate entities, with regulatory compliance from day 1. Internationally, we built Anuvu's flagship product (Pulse™) for the aviation industry, and we have worked with growth-stage startups such as Seed At The Table. If your sector handles sensitive data or requires specific compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, Colombia's Ley 1581), we cover it in the discovery call. We don't take projects where we can't guarantee that level of rigor.

Twenty-four years in the market, more than 90 professionals, and active clients in 9 countries. The team breaks down into senior developers, DevOps/SRE engineers, DBAs and data specialists, and QA and security professionals: not a pool of freelancers, but a structure with defined roles and a senior technical lead on every account. Beyond custom development, we build and maintain three products of our own in production: JSP7 (ERP for government and corporate clients in Colombia), FormixBI (forms and analytics) and JAB (automated migration of Oracle Forms to a modern web stack). The team is bilingual (English/Spanish) with real experience on global projects, working with clients in the US, Canada, Panama, Spain and other demanding markets, in their business hours and to their delivery standards.

Over 24 years we have built and sustained critical software for government, banking, law firms and aviation, with more than 90 professionals and active clients in 9 countries. We cover the entire lifecycle under one accountable party: design and custom development, legacy modernization, DevOps and cloud, database administration, and applied AI. And we do it on infrastructure of our own: ASPSOLS Cloud is our cloud, where we host our products, our clients' systems, and IaaS services for third parties, so we answer for the application and for the platform it runs on, with no third party to blame. The proof that we sustain complex software over time is that we sustain our own: JSP7, FormixBI and JAB have been in production for years. And unlike volume firms, decisions here don't travel through layers: the founders handle the accounts and the escalations directly, so you talk to whoever decides and agreements close on the call, not in a ticket queue.

Nearshore. Our teams are based in Barranquilla, Colombia, with full timezone overlap with EST, CST, MST, and PST. We have a US legal entity (ASPSOLS LLC, Miami, FL) for contracts and payments. English is fluent, with no offshore friction.

Two ways to contract a project: time-based, with weekly reporting under Scrum, when the scope keeps evolving; or fixed price, when the project is well defined. We help you choose based on how well the work is scoped. Either way, ongoing support is included: we don't hand it over and disappear. And for those who want a service rather than a project, we offer SaaS subscription contracts for our products and IaaS contracts on ASPSOLS Cloud, our own infrastructure. Any of them can be signed with our US entity (ASPSOLS LLC) or our Colombian one (ASP Solutions SAS), whichever you prefer.

Frontend: React with the TanStack ecosystem, Zustand for state, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, plus Angular. Mobile and cross-platform: React Native, PWAs, and Angular apps packaged with Cordova. Backend: Node.js, Java (Spring), Python. Cloud: ASPSOLS Cloud, our own infrastructure, plus AWS and Azure with IaC (Terraform). Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB. AI: Claude API and RAG agents with vector databases. We're versatile because our senior engineers have depth in multiple stacks, but we don't take projects where we can't guarantee excellence.

Two legal entities. In the US: ASPSOLS LLC, based in Miami, FL, issues invoices in USD and accepts wire transfers and ACH. In Colombia: ASP Solutions SAS, based in Barranquilla, issues invoices in COP or USD and handles local tax compliance. This lets clients pick the entity that fits their procurement process. Both entities share the same technical team.
